The white matter neuroanatomy is of utter importance for understanding the human brain's functions and malfunctions. This workshop will present the state-of-the-art imaging of the white matter neuroanatomy on data obtained with MRI at multiple scales, from structural connectivity networks to streamlines vs axonal fascicle properties and axonal microstructure.
Invited experts will present their recent work on white matter imaging, highlighting progress and limits in the problems they are tackling. The presentations will aim at engaging the discussion on novel multi-scale and multi-modal approaches to improve imaging of the white matter neuroanatomy.
