1st Quebec Symposium on Neurostimulation2018-06-21

Grand Times Drummondville
530 rue Saint Amant
Drummondville (Québec) Canada

Scientists

In recent decades, several techniques have been developed to stimulate the central nervous system. Today, researchers and clinicians use neurostimulation to study and better understand the functioning of the brain, but also to treat various pathologies affecting the central nervous system.

Following the success and positive comments related to our first conferences on neurostimulation organized in collaboration with the Francophone Association for Knowledge (ACFAS: Rimouski in 2015 and Montreal in 2017), we are organizing our first ever Quebec Symposium on Neurostimulation ( SQN) at the Grand Times Hotel in Drummondville on June 21, 2018. Our independence allows us to ensure the totality of the event for all of our colleagues wishing to attend our event, now located in the heart of Quebec.

This symposium offers a unique opportunity to bring together industry members, clinicians, researchers and students interested in the use of neurostimulation in neuroscience. By encouraging the presence of speakers and presenters from various fields, this initiative will allow participants to discover and appreciate several potential applications of neurostimulation, from both a mechanistic and therapeutic perspective, and to foster collaboration between researchers and industry,
