We’re pleased to share the news of an important partnership between the Quebec Bio-Imaging Network and the TransMedTech Institute.
The TransMedTech Institute employs a transdisciplinary approach to develop and integrate innovative medical technologies into the healthcare system, adopting the living lab approach in all its activities in order to foster transdisciplinary and intersectoral collaborative research, open innovation and creativity. Additionally, the missions of QBIN and TransMedTech overlap in aiming to support and train the future leaders in the field of medical and imaging technologies.
One important aspect of the partnership will be working together to organize training in the living lab approach for QBIN members, with the aim of increasing the impact of QBIN-funded research by engaging various stakeholders and knowledge users in the research process.
