Canadian Undergraduate Medical Physics Conference 2022

The first ever Canadian Undergraduate Medical Physics Conference is a free, virtual conference that will be happening on August 25, 2022 where undergraduate students will have an opportunity to present research they have performed to an audience of their peers, with prizes sponsored by Limbus AI to be awarded to the top presenters.

Keynote speaker Dr. Young Lee and a careers panel of Dr. Magdalena Bazalova-CarterDr. Humza Nusrat, and Dr. Francois Therriault-Proulx will give attendees insights into the field of medical physics and the careers they might consider should they choose to continue in the field. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session with current medical physics graduate students.

Summer or honours project students with projects in medical physics (radiotherapy, imaging, dosimetry, metrology, etc.) are encouraged to submit an abstract for the opportunity to present their work – abstract submission will be opening July 25th and closing August 11th.
